¡TU NO ERES PATRIMONIO! REFLXIONES ENTORNO AL IMAGINARIO NORMATIVO DEL ESPACIO URBANO O PATRIMONIAL DE AREQUIPA

Resumen

El presente ensayo se sostiene desde la producción del centro histórico de Arequipa como “patrimonio”. Propone revisar los discursos de los gestores y las normas que relacionan a la cultura y al territorio como conceptos fios en el tiempo y el espacio. Discursos que se traducen en acciones que (re)producen(Segura, 2014) relaciones de poder entre locales y foráneos construyendo posiciones de privilegio vinculadas a sus interacciones económicas con el espacio y sus lógicas territoriales (Elias. 1994)

Abstract
This essay is based on the production of the historic center of Arequipa as “heritage.” It proposes to review the discourses of the managers and the norms that relate to culture and territory as fied concepts in time and space. Discourses that are translated into actions that (re) produce (Segura, 2014) power relations between locals and foreigners, building positions of privilege linked to their economic interactions with space and their territorial logics (Elias. 1994).
