CAUSAS SUBYACENTES DE LA MIGRACIÓN FORZADA VENEZOLANA: UNA REFLEXIÓN DESDE LA ECONOMÍA Y EL BIENESTAR

Resumen

Entender la raíz de los fenómenos migratorios es una tarea compleja que requiere de miradas diversas: la social, la demográfia y la económica. Esta última, relevante en los estudios clásicos del desarrollo, la hace el epicentro de esta consideración. Por lo que,
este ensayo en su modalidad de investigación documental tiene como objetivo analizar las causas profundas, aún subyacentes, y detonantes de la migración venezolana en el contexto de una crisis humanitaria. El método consistió en hacer una disertación de carácter epistémico que contribuyera a develar lo oculto, lo que está en el fondo del problema y aún continúa sumergido. Hacemos esta reflxión desde la discursividad hermenéutica (interpretativa) partiendo de la interrelación de tres variables: Migración Forzada (dependiente), Matriz Productiva y Buen Vivir (independientes). Se concluye que el modelo rentista mono-productivo venezolano, generó una Matriz Productiva vulnerable, lo que hizo insostenible el bienestar que se fue deteriorando a la par de la merma de ingresos por la producción petrolera. Una consecuencia ha sido la migración forzada del siglo XXI.

Abstract
Understanding the root of migratory phenomena is a complex task that requires different perspectives: social, demographic and economic. The latter, relevant in classical development studies, makes it the epicenter of this consideration. Therefore, this essay in its documentary research modality aims to analyze the deep causes, still underlying, and triggers of Venezuelan migration in the context of a humanitarian crisis. The method consisted of making an epistemic dissertation that would help reveal the hidden, what is at the bottom of the problem and is still submerged. We make this reflction from the hermeneutical (interpretive) discursiveness starting from the interrelation of three variables: Forced Migration (dependent), Productive Matrix and Good Living (independent). It is concluded that the Venezuelan mono-productive rentier model generated a vulnerable Productive Matrix, which made welfare unsustainable, which deteriorated along with the decrease in income from oil production. One consequence has been the forced migration of the 21st century.
