LA COVID-19 Y SUS IMPACTOS EN LA SALUD, ECONOMÍA Y CULTURA DE LOS POBLADORES DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN MARTÍN
Abstract
El artículo, a través de apuntes etnográfios y entrevistas realizadas a actores sociales clave de las ciudades de Tarapoto y Juanjuí, aborda la identifiación de los principales impactos generados por la COVID-19 en el personal de salud; en la gestión de la salud pública; así como en las costumbres, tradiciones y economía local de los pobladores del Departamento de San Martín; asimismo, describe los principales cambios socioeconómicos y culturales que se están dando en las referidas localidades durante el estado de cuarentena; fialmente, propone, desde las voces de los testimonios de los actores clave, algunas recomendaciones, medidas de manejo y acciones que se deben de tener en cuenta a nivel del Estado y de la ciudadanía, para mitigar al máximo los impactos que todavía sigue generando la COVID-19 en la salud, economía y cultura de sus familias.
Abstract
The article, through ethnographic notes and interviews with key social actors in the cities of Tarapoto and Juanjuí, addresses the identifiation of the main impacts generated by COVID-19 on health personnel; in public health management; as well as in the customs, traditions and local economy of the inhabitants of the Department of San Martín; Likewise, it describes the main socioeconomic and cultural changes that are taking place in the aforementioned localities during the quarantine state; Finally, it proposes, from the voices of the testimonies of the key actors, some recommendations, management measures and actions that must be taken into account at the State and citizen level, to mitigate to the maximum the impacts that the COVID-19 in the health, economy and culture of their families.
