EL CENTRO COORDINADOR INDIGENISTA TZELTAL-TZOTZIL Y EL PROYECTO PERÚ-CORNELL VICOS: REVISIÓN HISTÓRICA DE DOS PROYECTOS INDIGENISTAS

Resumen

Dentro de la historia de la antropología y su expresión indigenista encontramos dos proyectos emblemáticos de Ciencia Social aplicada que tuvieron como objeto central la integración a la vida nacional de la población indígena, teniendo como herramientas la modernización a partir de nuevas tecnologías agrícolas, la educación y el mejoramiento sanitario. En el trabajo “El Centro Coordinador Indigenista Tzeltal-Tzotzil y el Proyecto Perú-Cornell Vicos...” se tiene un acercamiento a las concepciones teóricas y metodológicas que surgen de la Segunda Posguerra y sus formas aplicativas en contextos interétnicos en México y Perú. En el mismo sentido, se realiza una evaluación acotada de los resultados de estos ambiciosos proyectos de política indigenista.

Abstract
Within the history of Anthropology and its indigenista expression, we fid two emblematic projects of applied social science which had the ultimate goal of national integration, mainly through modernization, using tools like new technologies in agriculture, education and healthcare. In “El Centro Coordinador Indigenista TzeltalTzotzil y el Proyecto Perú-Cornell Vicos…” we make an approach to the theoretical and methodological ideas that emerge from the post-World War II period and its applied forms on interethnical contexts in Mexico and Peru. Subsequently, we make a limited evaluation of the results of these ambitious projects of Indianist policy.
